Aluminum busbar production process

We use advanced production processes to ensure product quality:
1. Raw material selection: High purity aluminum (usually ≥ 99.7%, such as A00 grade aluminum) is selected, with conductivity (≥ 61% IACS) and low impurity content (Fe, Si, etc. need to be strictly controlled).
2. Precision forming: Processing into shapes such as plates, bars, and rows through rolling, drawing, or stamping processes
3. Surface treatment: Using electroplating or chemical plating processes to achieve uniform coating
4. Cutting and processing

• Cut to length: saw or cut to the customer's required length (such as 6m standard section).
• End processing: Drilling or milling connection holes to ensure a smooth installation contact surface.

5. Quality inspection: Each batch of products undergoes strict conductivity, coating adhesion, and size testing
