The following is the production process of copper nickel composite sheet:

1. Raw material preparation, select high-purity copper and nickel plates as raw materials.

2. Clean the surfaces of copper and nickel plates to remove oil stains, oxide layers, and other impurities.

3. Composite process (core steps), mainly using rolling composite method, explosive composite method, and double roll thin strip continuous casting method.

3. Polish the surface of the composite board, and then use acid washing process to remove the oxide layer and other impurities on the surface.

4. Passivation treatment: Chromate passivation (improves the corrosion resistance of the nickel layer)

5. Final forming: Depending on the specific application, the copper nickel composite plate is further processed into thin sheets, thin sheets, or other shapes.
