The production process of sheet metal boxes involves multiple steps, generally including quotation → order acceptance → disassembly of drawings → cutting → sinking holes → riveting → welding → bending → welding → polishing → inspection → powder coating → silk screen printing → assembly → inspection → packaging → shipment. The specific steps are as follows:
Dismantling: Evaluate the product structure, combine existing manufacturing processes, and reasonably split the model based on the structure; Expand the three-dimensional diagram into a plan view to meet the existing manufacturing and processing technology.
Cutting: We use a laser cutting machine to adjust parameters according to the type and thickness of the sheet, and cut out flat shapes.
Countersunk hole: countersunk hole is to tilt one side of the through hole of the locking screw, which is used to lock the countersunk head screw; After the screws are locked, they should be flush with the surface of the housing to achieve both fastening and aesthetic effects.
Riveting: Use a riveting machine to press and bite the rivet nut onto the plate with appropriate pressure, achieving the purpose of fixing the rivet nut. Spot welding will be added to the nut surface inside the chassis for fixation.
Seed welding: For the rivet nut column on the box, seed welding technology is used to fix it, and the appearance of the box is beautiful without any rivet marks.
Bending: According to the engineering drawings, bend the flat shape of the cutting material into a three-dimensional shape, and replace the bending die according to different sheet thicknesses, positions, and shapes.
Welding: According to the engineering drawings, the bent three-dimensional parts are assembled and welded into the three-dimensional shape required by the customer. Our main welding methods include argon arc welding, spot welding, and full welding.
Polishing: Use a polishing machine to polish the welded seam flat and smooth.
Inspection: including weld seam inspection and assembly inspection, checking the polished weld seam for sand holes, welding penetration, grinding penetration, and missing welding phenomena; Assembly testing to check for any assembly defects or incorrect holes.

Powder coating: Uniformly cover the surface of phosphated products with plastic powder through electrostatic spraying to enhance their appearance and corrosion resistance
Electroplating: It is the process of using the principle of electrolysis to deposit a thin layer of other metals or alloys on certain metal surfaces. It is a process of using electrolysis to attach a layer of metal film to the surface of metal or other material parts, thereby preventing metal oxidation (such as rust), improving wear resistance, conductivity, reflectivity, corrosion resistance (such as copper sulfate), and enhancing aesthetics.
Electrophoresis: Electrophoresis is divided into anodic electrophoresis and cathodic electrophoresis; Coating particles are negatively charged, and the workpiece is the anode. Coating particles deposit a film on the surface of the workpiece under the action of electric field force, which is called anodic electrophoresis; If the coating particles are positively charged, the workpiece becomes a cathode, and the coating particles deposit a film on the surface of the workpiece under the action of electric field force, which is called cathodic electrophoresis.
Screen printing: Check the polished weld seam for sand holes, welding penetration, grinding penetration, and solder leakage; Assembly testing to check for any assembly defects or incorrect holes.
Assembly: Check the silk screen area and assemble the assembly effect of each component; Confirm if there are any assembly defects.
