The application field of nickel sheets for batteries is very wide, mainly used in lithium battery pack connection scenarios that require high energy density and high power output. The following are its main application areas
In the field of power batteries
Electric vehicles/electric motorcycles: used to connect batteries to form battery modules, providing stable high current output (above 30A). Pure nickel strips are preferred due to their low resistance characteristics.
3C digital products
High end laptop battery
Drone battery: requires extremely low internal resistance connection, usually using 0.12mm high-purity nickel strip.
Special applications
Medical equipment batteries: mostly use grade pure nickel strips
Aerospace equipment: using special alloy nickel strips
Other emerging fields
Electric bicycle battery exchange cabinet
Robot power battery: Anti vibration design is required, and a composite structure of corrugated nickel sheets or nickel strips and brackets is often used.
