After melting the aluminum ingot, it is continuously cast into aluminum plate strip, and then the thickness and surface cleaning (degreasing, acid washing) are controlled by cold rolling to remove the oxide layer.

Next, punch out the shape of the busbar according to the design drawings, such as strip, L-shaped, and irregular connecting pieces, and then deburr the edges by vibration polishing or chemical polishing.

Thirdly, surface treatment involves selecting processes based on specific requirements, such as chemical passivation, tin/nickel plating, and anodizing.

Fourth, welding materials through processes such as laser welding, ultrasonic welding, and bolt connections.

Finally, inspect and test it.
