1. Material selection

Raw materials: high-purity electrolytic copper or tin plated copper, as well as insulation materials (such as PET film) are used to protect the copper busbar and prevent short circuits.

2. Cutting and Forming

Use laser cutting or precision stamping technology to cut copper materials into the desired width and length.

3. Surface treatment

Tin or nickel plating is applied to the copper surface after cleaning treatment.

4. Layering and Insulation

Laminated process: Multiple layers of copper foil are stacked and tightly bonded through hot pressing to form a flexible flat structure.

Insulation treatment: Cover the surface of the copper busbar with insulation material (such as PET film)

Using laser welding technology to connect copper busbars to battery terminals

6. Quality inspection

Test the stability of copper busbars in high-temperature environments to ensure their suitability for various working conditions.

Our workshop has CNC lathes,  bending machines, wire-cut ,high speed stamping, developing machines, exposure machines, spot welding machines, large laser cutting machines, etching cleaning line,etc.
