Production process and quality control
Substrate pretreatment
Degreasing cleaning: Removing grease and oxides from the surface of copper/aluminum busbars
Chemical conversion treatment: forming a surface microstructure that enhances adhesion
Electrostatic spraying or fluidized bed impregnation process
Film thickness control: 200-500 μ m
Curing conditions: 200 ℃/10-20 minutes
Segmented temperature control to avoid overheating and deformation
Forced air cooling system, 100% high-pressure testing
Full inspection of appearance, thickness, and adhesion
