Production process flow
1. Material preparation
If the box is made of high-strength engineering plastic, corresponding plastic materials such as ABS, PP, etc. need to be prepared; If metal alloys are used, prepare metal materials such as aluminum alloys and stainless steel.
2. Box forming
Metal box: The metal sheet is processed into the shape of a box through stamping, bending, and other processes, and then welded and assembled.
3. Internal structure treatment
Reasonable partitions and card slots can be set up inside the box, which can be achieved through injection molding or later installation.
4. Installation of external structures
Treat the surface of the box, such as painting, electroplating, etc., to improve the corrosion resistance and aesthetics of the box.
5. Sealing treatment

6. Quality inspection
