Substrate pretreatment:
The copper substrate and nickel strip are respectively degreased, acid washed (to remove the oxide layer), and ultrasonically cleaned to ensure a surface cleanliness of over 99.8%, laying the foundation for interface bonding.

Stack pre treated copper and nickel materials, apply pressure and heat in a vacuum environment, and hold for 2-4 hours to allow copper and nickel atoms to diffuse into each other, forming a metallurgical bonding interface.

Diffusion welding: The welded composite billet is cold-rolled to the target thickness (0.1-5mm), simultaneously improving material density and dimensional accuracy.

Finished product processing:
internal stress is eliminated through annealing, followed by surface polishing, shearing, and finally conductivity, corrosion resistance, and bonding strength testing to ensure a 100% product qualification rate.
