1. Design and plate making: Use software such as AutoCAD/SolidWorks to draw precision drawings and film plate making.

2. Material pretreatment: Apply a layer of photosensitive coating or ink on the surface of the mold using full brush coating, roller coating, or spray coating.

3. Exposure: Cover the metal surface with film or pattern adhesive film that has been coated with photosensitive material.

4. Development: Use a 1% sodium carbonate aqueous solution for manual or spray development.

5. Chemical etching: Ferric chloride/acidic copper etching solution spray system (accuracy ± 0.01mm).

6. Post processing technology: cleaning - de ink - polishing - post production - quality inspection
