Surface quality of nickel strip

(1) The surface of the strip should be smooth and clean, without any wind layer, cracks, bubbles, spikes, folds, or inclusions;
(2) Slight local defects such as scratches, spots, pits, pressed objects, and roller marks that do not exceed the allowable deviation of the strip thickness are allowed. Slight oxidation color, darkening, and slight local oil stains are not considered as scrap basis;
(3) The two sides of the strip should be cut neatly, without burrs, cracked edges, or curled edges.
(4) The strip should be straight, but slight waves are allowed; The curvature of the side of the strip shall not exceed 3 millimeters per meter.
