Production process of metal filter for vacuum cleaner
Nov 11, 2024
1. Material selection: Choose suitable metal materials, commonly used ones include stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc. These materials have good corrosion resistance and strength, making them suitable for use in filters.
2. Design: Based on the specifications and filtration requirements of the vacuum cleaner, design the shape, size, and aperture of the metal filter. When designing, it is necessary to consider the smoothness of airflow and filtering effect.
3. Cutting: Using techniques such as laser cutting, stamping, or waterjet cutting to cut metal materials into the desired shape and size.
4. Forming: By stamping, bending, or welding processes, the cut metal sheet is processed into a three-dimensional structure to meet the installation requirements of the vacuum cleaner.
5. Surface treatment: In order to improve the corrosion resistance and aesthetics of metal filters, surface treatments such as spraying, anodizing, or electroplating are usually carried out.
6. Installation of filter screen: If necessary, a filter screen (such as stainless steel mesh or other materials) may be installed on a metal frame to enhance the filtering effect.
7. Quality inspection: Conduct quality inspection on the made metal filters to ensure that they meet design requirements and usage standards, including filtration efficiency and airflow resistance.
8. Packaging and Shipping: Finally, package the qualified metal filters and prepare for shipment.
