1. Battery module manufacturing is the clever process of connecting multiple battery cells in series or parallel, and equipping them with corresponding battery management systems (BMS) and other components to form a battery module with specific voltage and capacity. This process is like building a precision building, which requires full consideration of various factors such as the arrangement of battery cells, heat dissipation design, and electrical connections to ensure optimal module performance.
2. Reasonable arrangement of battery cells can better utilize space and increase energy density. Heat dissipation design is very important because charging and discharging batteries can generate heat. If the heat dissipation is not good, it can affect battery performance and lifespan, and may even cause safety issues. A good heat dissipation design can keep the battery pack at an appropriate temperature in various situations.
3. BMS is like the 'brain' of a battery pack, responsible for monitoring and controlling key parameters such as voltage, current, temperature, etc. of the battery. It can manage the charging and discharging of batteries. If there is a problem with the battery, the BMS will immediately diagnose and take measures to ensure the safe and stable operation of the battery pack.
