Soft connection manufacturing process flow
1. Raw material preparation:
Select high-purity electrolytic copper (T2/TU1) and thin copper strips or foils with a thickness of 0.1-0.3mm.
Insulation material (if required): silicone rubber, PVC or heat shrink tubing.
2. Conductor processing
The copper strip is cut into strips according to the design size, and the copper foil laminates are pressed together. Molecular diffusion welding is used, and the shape is formed by high current heating and pressure welding.
3. Insulation treatment (optional)
Place the laminated or woven tape into the mold and inject silicone rubber or PVC to form an insulation layer.
4. Surface treatment and protection
Passivation treatment: Chemical passivation after coating to prevent oxidation.
Spraying: Insulation paint or anti-corrosion coating.
