The production process of copper laminated flexible busbar usually includes the following steps:

1.Preparation of raw materials: Use high-purity copper materials as conductors, such as electrolytic copper with a purity of 99.95% or even higher.

2.Measurement and cutting of busbars.

3.If it is a hard copper busbar, straightening treatment is required.

4.Busbar marking: Use a tape measure on the platform to determine the position, bending shape, and other parameters of the busbar positioning hole, and then mark the busbar.

5.Busbar holes are generally processed using circular holes, after punching the busbar, deburring treatment should be carried out.

6.Busbar bending: Busbars generally have three bending methods: flat bending, vertical bending, and torsion bending.

7.Advanced laminating technology is used to tightly bond copper conductors and insulation materials together.

8.Conduct comprehensive quality inspection on the produced copper laminated flexible busbar.
