manufacturing process flow
1. Raw material preparation
Copper wire selection
High purity electrolytic copper is selected and drawn into fine copper wire, with a clean and oxidation free surface.
2. Weaving and Forming
Cross weave multiple coated copper wires into flat strip or cylindrical structures using a high-speed weaving machine (vertical or horizontal)
Structural types: single-layer weaving, multi-layer composite weaving (such as lining flat copper strips to enhance current carrying capacity).
3. Processing of crimping terminals
Cut and weave the busbar to the desired length, and press the end into a flat or circular shape with a mold for easy connection.
Crimping copper terminals (such as ring terminals, fork terminals) or welding (laser welding/brazing), some scenes use bolt perforation fixation.
4. Insulation treatment (optional)
(1)Extrusion molding: Wrap silicone, PVC, or TPE insulation layer with an extruder.
(2)Sleeve packaging: heat shrink tubing or silicone tubing is used to heat and shape.
(3)Coating process: Spray insulation paint (such as polyurethane), suitable for light and thin requirements.
(4)Insulation test: High voltage tester (such as 5kV withstand voltage test) is used to ensure no risk of breakdown.
