The product strictly matches the layout of 15 200Ah battery cells, with precise internal space planning, clear heat dissipation paths, and stable mechanical support. Simultaneously compatible with various mainstream battery management systems, including JK BMS, supporting brand customization, achieving comprehensive intelligent monitoring of voltage, temperature, and current, ensuring long-term stable operation of the system.

The box has excellent load-bearing and structural stability, with a single box weight of 23kg, balancing strength and mobility. After stacking, it still maintains overall coordination, with a simple appearance that can be integrated into various home and work scenarios. Using high-quality 1.5mm sheet metal, cut by CNC laser cutting, and precision processed with Swiss Baichao bending machine, the dimensional tolerance is controlled within ± 0.3mm. The four corners of the box are welded seamlessly, with uniform and full welds, ensuring the overall strength and aesthetics of the structure.

The original sheet metal buckle structure is stamped and formed through precision molds. The upper and lower boxes can achieve quick stacking and positioning without tools, coupled with reinforced rib design to ensure structural stability when stacking multiple layers. Q: Does this battery case require additional structural components for stacking installation?
A: No additional structural components are required. The box adopts an integrated sheet metal forming process, and the top and bottom are designed with precision stamped positioning slots and reinforced load-bearing structures. When stacking, the upper and lower boxes are precisely interlocked through card slots to ensure the stability of the mechanical structure. In terms of electrical connections, standard wiring holes and M4 grounding screw holes are reserved at the rear of each box, and customers can plan their own cable routing.

 

Q: What are the differences in sheet metal processing and performance between cold-rolled sheet, galvanized sheet, and stainless steel?
A: These three materials are all suitable for our mature sheet metal processing production line, but their characteristics are different:
●Cold rolled sheet (SPCC): with the best processing performance and high bending accuracy, the surface is coated with phosphating and electrostatic spraying (default RAL7035 ash), making it the most cost-effective and suitable for conventional indoor environments.
●Galvanized sheet (SECC): The substrate has been galvanized, providing better rust resistance. After cutting and welding, the incision needs to be sealed and anti-corrosion treated. It is recommended to use it in non sealed and humid environments.
●Stainless steel (SUS304): It has the strongest corrosion resistance, but has high processing hardness and high wear on molds. ●The surface usually retains the original texture of wire drawing or polishing, and the cost is correspondingly increased. It is suitable for places with high corrosiveness or strict cleanliness requirements.

 

Q: As an empty shell, does it contain battery mounting brackets or insulation components inside?
A: As a professional sheet metal manufacturer, we provide complete metal structure solutions.

●The standard product includes an internal battery layered bracket and bottom plate formed by sheet metal bending.

●There are waist shaped holes pre punched on the bracket, which can be used to fix battery cells within a certain size range.

●But all non-metallic accessories such as insulation gaskets, epoxy boards, and wire harness fasteners need to be separately configured by customers according to their own battery solutions.

 

Q: Is the thickness of the board in the box body 1.5mm sufficient under actual stacking load?
A: The thickness of 1.5mm is the optimal solution verified through structural mechanics simulation and physical testing. We ensure strength through three key designs:
●Overall reinforcement: The side panel of the box adopts multiple compression reinforcement processes, greatly improving the bending stiffness.
●Four corner column reinforcement: The four corners inside the box are designed with double-layer bent or welded columns, which are the main load-bearing structure.
●Stacking limit design: When stacking, the weight of the upper layer is directly transmitted to the corresponding column of the lower layer through the four corner columns, avoiding pressure on the middle panel of the box.
●After testing, a single empty box can bear more than 200kg, meeting the safety requirements for multi-layer stacking after fully loaded battery cells (about 40kg).

 

Q: We have our own battery cell size and BMS layout. Can we customize the shell size and openings?
A: Okay. This is precisely our core service as a manufacturer. We support complete customization from scratch (OEM/ODM), including:
●Size customization: Redesign the length, width, height, and internal structure based on the number, arrangement, and heat dissipation requirements of the battery cells you provide.
●Customized opening: The front panel can be customized with silk screen logos, display screen windows, and ventilation hole styles; The rear panel can be customized with output terminal holes, fan installation holes, communication interface wiring holes, etc.
●Process selection: Different process solutions can be provided for welding (better sealing) or assembly (easier transportation).
