Our OEM Lifepo4 battery cabinet is specifically designed for commercial scenarios and has significant advantages in battery compatibility. It can flexibly adapt to two mainstream commercial battery types, lead-acid batteries and lithium iron phosphate batteries (Lifepo4). This product adopts air-cooled cooling method, combined with optimized design of shell cabinet structure, to achieve efficient heat dissipation. Whether it is energy storage power station, data center backup power supply, or commercial complex energy management system, it can easily match the corresponding battery solution without adjusting the cabinet structure, greatly reducing the system integration cost and time cost.

Product Process Flow
1. Metal laser cutting (high-precision cutting)
Using a laser cutting machine, precise cutting is carried out on steel plates, stainless steel or aluminum alloy sheets, with smooth and burr free cuts.
2. Sheet metal bending (structural forming)
Using a CNC bending machine and high-precision molds, bend the cut sheet into the desired angle.
3. Stamping (efficient forming of special structures)
Machining screw holes, slots, heat dissipation holes, etc. on sheet metal parts through CNC punching machines or hydraulic punching machines.
4. Welding (reinforcement of box structure)
Using argon arc welding (TIG), spot welding, laser welding and other methods, the bent sheet metal parts are welded into a complete box.
5. Surface treatment (anti-corrosion&aesthetic)
Spray coating/spray painting: electrostatic spraying, available in multiple colors (RAL color card), corrosion-resistant and UV resistant.
Electroplating/Galvanizing: Rust proof treatment, suitable for outdoor environments.
Wire drawing/polishing: enhances metal texture, suitable for high-end equipment.
