Stamping and bending: Polypropylene sheets are cut, grooved, and bent into shape
Injection molding/compression molding: Composite materials are injected through molds to form complex structures in one go.
◎ Sealing and protective treatment
The polypropylene box is bonded with polyurethane sealant, and the aluminum alloy box is sealed with welds.
Surface coating: Spray corrosion-resistant coating, such as anodized or epoxy resin coating.
