2. Multi dimensional technical verification: Determine the material of the enclosure, heat dissipation structure, and installation method to ensure compatibility with customer equipment, while verifying structural and electrical stability, and providing a "Technical Proposal".
3. Confirmation and optimization by both parties: The customer and engineer jointly review the design, and finally, during the design freeze phase, the customer needs to sign and confirm the final drawings and parameters.
4. Small batch validation batch: The sample assembly is completed on the production line, with a focus on controlling the welding process. The feasibility of the manual prototype validation process is verified, and the sample production cycle is usually 15-30 days.
5. Multi level inspection: Quality inspection involves multi-level checks, including incoming material inspection, process inspection, and factory inspection. In addition, 3% of the finished products will undergo a 48 hour aging test and be labeled as qualified after no abnormalities are found.
