1. Quotation stage

Determine customer drawings/samples, material requirements, surface treatment (powder coating/galvanizing), and batch quantity.

2. Accepting orders and disassembling drawings

Confirm orders and technical agreements with customers.

3. Cutting materials

Equipment: Laser cutting/CNC punching machine (accuracy ± 0.1mm), priority laser cutting for irregular holes, punching machine for batch regular holes.

4. Sinking and riveting

Use a step drill bit to process countersunk screw holes, and use a hydraulic riveting machine to rivet nuts.

5. Type welding (nut/bolt welding)

The equipment includes touch welding machines and argon arc welding machines, and torque testing is performed after welding.

6. Bending

Using a CNC bending machine for bending operations from the outside to the inside, the bending radius is usually 1 time the plate thickness.

7. Welding

By using argon arc welding, welding spot welding, and other methods, the bent three-dimensional components are assembled and welded into three-dimensional shapes.

8. Grinding and deburring

Standard: No scratch sensation when touched by hand, smooth transition of weld seam

9. Surface treatment

Powder coating process: degreasing → phosphating → passivation (to enhance adhesion).

10. Assembly and final inspection

Assemble various components, conduct insulation resistance testing and salt spray testing for random inspection.
