Firstly, for the selection of raw materials, we usually use pure nickel (nickel content ≥ 99.6%) as the raw material, which is melted in a vacuum environment to remove impurities and gases, ensuring high purity and low oxygen content of the material; Hot rolling the melted nickel ingot into a certain thickness of slab, followed by annealing treatment and multi pass cold rolling. During this process, annealing is interspersed to prevent material hardening and cracking. Polishing or chemical cleaning is used to improve surface smoothness and reduce roughness. Finally, cut into different widths according to customer requirements and use tension control technology to ensure that the coil is flat and wrinkle free.
