A: Our 'customized' service covers the entire chain from scratch:

Customization scope: including size and shape (based on drawings), material grade and condition, surface treatment, special performance requirements (such as low magnetism), and packaging labeling.

Development costs: For customization within the standard process range, no mold development or design fees will be charged. The one-time engineering cost (NRE) will only be evaluated when the requirements involve extremely special shapes, require complex and advanced molds, or require new composite processes, and will be clearly stated in the quotation and approved by you in advance.

Payment methods: Supports company bank transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C), and mainstream third-party platform payments.

New customer terms: To establish mutual trust, the first order is usually 100% prepaid. After successfully cooperating for 1-2 orders, more flexible payment methods can be negotiated, such as "deposit+final payment as shown in the copy of the bill of lading".
