Senloong adopts a new domestic production process, which directly uses high-purity electrolytic nickel raw materials for continuous casting manufacturing, overcoming the shortcomings of traditional manufacturing methods that reduce the purity of nickel strips and increase their internal resistance. At the same time, it also overcomes the shortcomings of existing manufacturing methods, such as high energy consumption, low production efficiency, and large equipment investment. The progressiveness of the process and its advantages are as follows: the high purity and low internal resistance of the nickel strip are guaranteed. This process directly uses the raw materials of the high purity nickel strip that are degassed and the material structure is densified for rolling, eliminating the smelting, planing, pickling processes and equipment in the traditional process to avoid the defect of decreasing the purity of nickel intermediates caused by the addition of auxiliary materials in the smelting process, and increasing the internal resistance. In order to manufacture these nickel strips, we provide highly qualified materials taught by trained professionals. These nickel alloy strips will no longer be presented to our customers in various sizes and shapes, and we will provide a fuzzy, thorough, and optimal cost in the same way.
