Design Requirements For Battery Box
Jun 16, 2024
(1) Easy to remove and place batteries, without any jamming (caused by the battery box being too small) or poor contact (caused by the battery box being too large);
(2) There are "+" and "-" pole placement signs inside the battery box, which can prevent reverse installation, that is, the battery cannot be connected after being installed upside down;
(3) The electrode pad should maintain sufficient elasticity, with a rebound distance of not less than 5mm;
(4) The battery box door cannot be separated from the overall product when in use;
(5) After placing the battery, it is required to swing it up and down, left and right 12 times without any poor contact, and the battery box door should not fall off on its own;
(6) No leakage is allowed, that is, after inserting any battery, no matter from which angle a straight wire of any length without size requirements is used, the positive and negative electrode plates of this battery must not be directly short circuited in any way;
(7) Cannot be bridged by a straight steel needle with a diameter of 0.5mm and a length of at least 25mm;
(8) The battery box should have the following markings: proportional battery shape, voltage, polarity, battery specifications, etc;
(9) For battery toys with replaceable batteries, how to remove and insert the battery can be illustrated.
