Q1. Does your factory accept OEM cooperation? What is the minimum order quantity?
A: We specialize in OEM/ODM outsourcing services and have a mature system for processing based on drawings and samples. For standard laser welded parts, the minimum order quantity is usually 500 pieces, which can be adjusted through negotiation based on the complexity of the parts. We also support small batch trial production services for new products.
2. How long does it take from drawings to sample delivery?
A: The production cycle for samples of conventional complexity is 7-12 working days, including process review, programming, and trial production. For projects with particularly complex structures or special process requirements, we will provide accurate time assessments based on specific circumstances. The delivery time for mass production will be agreed upon in detail after sample confirmation.
3. What types of metal materials can be processed?
A: We can process various metal materials including cold-rolled steel plates, hot-rolled steel plates, stainless steel (200/300/400 series), aluminum alloys (5000/6000 series), galvanized steel plates, and copper alloys. Please consult in advance for special material requirements, and we will evaluate their processing suitability.
4. How to ensure consistency with sample quality during mass production?
A: We implement a standardized "sample mass production" quality transition process: all process parameters of the sample are recorded and standardized operation instructions are formed, and the same equipment, parameters, and inspection standards are used in mass production. At the same time, we have three quality control nodes: first article confirmation, process sampling, and final inspection to ensure consistency.
5. Does it support subsequent processes such as assembly or surface treatment?
A: We provide a "one-stop" integrated service that can integrate connection processes such as bending, stamping, riveting, and screw fixation in addition to laser welding. We also offer surface treatment options such as powder coating, painting, electroplating, and silk screen printing.
