1. Cutting and substrate cleaning

Cut metal sheets (such as copper, alloy, silver, etc.) to the desired size.

Clean the surface oil stains and oxide layer with alkaline solution (sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate) to ensure the cleanliness of the etching area.

2. Apply photosensitive ink

Apply photosensitive ink evenly on the metal surface (spray or roll coating) to form a protective layer.

Drying treatment (oven drying) to prevent ink adhesion.

3. Exposure imaging

Cover the design film (leaf vein pattern template) and expose it to ultraviolet light to solidify the ink into shape.

4. Development

Dissolve the unexposed ink in a sodium carbonate solution (5 ‰~12 ‰) to expose the area to be etched.

5. Chemical etching

Soak in etching solution (such as acidic solution), corrode exposed metal, and form leaf vein texture.

Control time and concentration to ensure uniform etching depth.

6. Peel off and post-treatment

Use sodium hydroxide solution (1-4%) to remove residual ink.

Polishing and electroplating (such as gold/rhodium plating) enhance glossiness.

7. Assembly and Quality Inspection

Conduct salt spray testing and skin allergy testing to ensure quality meets standards.

*Usually, if there are no packaging requirements, we will use OPP bags+bubble wrap+5-layer cardboard boxes to package the products.

*If the customer requires, gift boxes, cards, or mail bags can be provided.

*Most transportation methods are express delivery. The courier company can be FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS, or Aramex. Delivery time is 3-10 days.
