Cleaning metal plates: Use alcohol or specialized cleaning agents to remove surface oil stains.

Coating photosensitive adhesive: evenly spray or roll coat photosensitive adhesive (such as photoresist ink) on the metal surface, and dry.

Exposure and development: The designed film is tightly attached to a metal plate and irradiated with a UV exposure machine to cure the exposed portion of the photosensitive adhesive.

Rinse with a developing solution (such as sodium carbonate solution), dissolve the uncured portion, and expose the metal area to be etched.

●Laser etching method

Directly ablate patterns on metal surfaces through laser engraving machines without the need for plate making, suitable for complex graphics or small batch customization.

3. Etching process

Etching solution configuration: immersion or spray etching: immerse the metal plate in the etching solution; Cleaning termination reaction

Adjust laser power and speed, scan etching line by line, controllable depth, sharper edges.

4. Post processing

Polishing: Use sandpaper or polishing machine to treat edge burrs, mirror or brushed effects.

Electroplating/oxidation: can be plated with gold, silver, black nickel, or anodized for coloring (such as aluminum alloy bookmarks).

Additional decorations: drilling ropes, inlaid enamel, partial reliefs, etc.

Cleaning packaging: After ultrasonic cleaning, dry and cover with protective film to prevent scratching.
