►Cutting and cutting process: Collect the required materials from the warehouse and cut the metal sheet into the desired shape and size according to the engineering drawings. It is necessary to ensure that the cutting gap matches the plate thickness. After cutting is completed, self inspection and mutual inspection should be carried out to ensure that the cutting edge is flat.

►CNC machining process: using CNC punching machines and drilling machines for punching and corner opening operations, precise hole size and position. For plates with a thickness exceeding 3.0mm, use a fitter to drill holes to ensure that there are no burrs in the holes.

►Bending process: According to the design drawings, use a bending machine for bending and forming. Select appropriate upper and lower molds, adjust to the optimal bending depth and angle, and form the box structure of the electrical cabinet.

►Welding process: Use welding machines, spot welding machines, and other tools to weld the bent sheet metal, ensuring uniform welding, no missed welds, and no slag inclusions. Polish the weld seam after welding to ensure a smooth and even surface.

►Surface treatment process: After welding is completed, surface treatment is carried out, such as spraying, electroplating or anodizing, while ensuring that the color and spraying effect meet the standards.

 Packaging method: use foam, carton or wooden box to package the electrical cabinet to prevent damage during transportation.

 Transportation method: Choose land, sea, or air transportation according to customer needs to ensure safe delivery of products.
