Product description
Our 48V/51.2V empty metal box is made of cold-rolled steel plate/aluminum alloy material (can be selected according to needs), and has undergone dual surface treatment of acid pickling, phosphating, and electrostatic spraying. Combined with refined structural design, it is specially designed to adapt to 48V lead-acid batteries and 51.2V lithium battery packs. It is widely used in scenarios such as electric two wheelers, low-speed electric vehicles, energy storage power stations, and industrial backup power sources, providing users with a "safe, reliable, flexible, and long-lasting" battery storage solution.
Starting from detailed design, build a comprehensive safety barrier:
Waterproof and dustproof: Adopting IP65 protection design, aging resistant silicone sealing rings are installed at the joints of the box body, and the lid and box body are double fixed by buckles and screws, effectively blocking rainwater and dust from entering, meeting the needs of complex environments such as outdoor and basement use;
