(1) Manufacturing process

Using laser cutting, plasma cutting or waterjet cutting technology to cut steel plates, ensuring high-precision cutting.

Surface pretreatment: Remove the oxide layer through sandblasting, acid washing, or polishing to improve the adhesion of subsequent coating or embossing processes.

(2) Forming process

Stamping forming: using hydraulic or mechanical punching machines to bend and stretch, forming the basic structure of the shell.

Welding and assembly: Laser welding or argon arc welding is used to ensure firm joints, and some products adopt modular design.

(3) Surface treatment

Spraying/Electroplating: Electrostatic spraying or galvanizing treatment improves corrosion resistance and is suitable for outdoor environments.

Anodizing (applicable to aluminum alloy shells): enhances wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

(4) Quality inspection

Dimensional inspection: Use a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to ensure accuracy.

Protection level testing: such as IP66 waterproof and dustproof testing to ensure compliance with industry standard.

 Packaging method: We use bubble wrap/pearl cotton to protect the surface of the shell and prevent scratches during transportation. Some products are packaged with rust proof paper to prevent rusting in humid environments.
