Raw material preparation

Forming process:
The metal material is cut into the desired shape and bent into shape using CNC machining or stamping technology.
Surface treatment:
For metal shells, surface treatments such as sandblasting, phosphating, electroplating, etc. are carried out to improve corrosion resistance and aesthetics.
Sealing treatment:
Seal the battery box to prevent dust and moisture from entering, ensuring the sealing and safety of the battery box.
PACKAGE AND TRANSPORT
1. Preparation for shipment
Packaging: EVA shockproof foam (20mm thick) is used inside, and moisture-proof aluminum film+export carton is used outside.
Documents: Provide factory inspection report, CE certification, UN38.3 transportation certification, and packing list along with the goods.
2. Logistics and Payment
Transportation method: For small batches (≤ 500 units), air freight (DHL, 7-day delivery) will be used; Large quantities (≥ 1000 units) will be shipped by sea (full container load, 25 days delivery).
Payment: After the customer's acceptance is qualified, the final payment (60%) will be made, and T/T or letter of credit (L/C at sight) is supported.
