2. Structural assembly
Module fixing: Use flame-retardant brackets or metal frames to fix the battery cells and avoid mechanical vibration damage.
Welding process: Laser welding or ultrasonic welding of nickel/copper sheets to ensure low impedance connection of the electrode ears.
3. Shell packaging
Waterproof type: IP67 grade plastic box or aluminum alloy shell, with silicone sealing inside to prevent moisture.
4. Safety testing and aging
Electrical testing: charge discharge cycle test, short circuit protection trigger test.
