This 21700 lithium battery nickel strip is a key conductive material in the manufacturing of cylindrical lithium batteries (especially the 21700 model), mainly used for connecting battery packs and welding electrode lugs. Raw material refining:
The production of high-quality pure nickel strips (such as Ni200, Ni201) typically involves the following precision processes:
Using high-purity electrolytic nickel as raw material, strictly controlling the content of impurities such as sulfur and phosphorus
Hot processing stage:
Hot rolled billet: Heating nickel ingots to an appropriate temperature and rolling them into medium thickness
Cold rolling precision machining:
Using a multi roll precision rolling mill for cold rolling, the thickness tolerance can be controlled within ± 0.001mm
Intermediate annealing: eliminate work hardening and restore material plasticity
Heat treatment and hardening:
Perform annealing treatment (soft state M) or maintain processing hardness (hard state H) according to customer requirements
Precision cutting and surface treatment:
Imported slitting equipment for processing, with a narrowest width of up to 1mm
Surface polishing or passivation treatment to improve welding performance
