1. We using high-purity, low impurity, and well uniform nickel plates as raw materials, then melting the nickel plates in a high-purity atmosphere and rolling the melted nickel material into thin sheets.
2. Annealing treatment is carried out on the rolled nickel sheet to improve its toughness and plasticity, and the oxide and impurities on the surface of the nickel sheet are removed by acid washing.
3. Finally, according to customer requirements, pickled nickel sheets are usually cut into specific shapes and sizes in a non oxidizing atmosphere to ensure the integrity and performance of the material.
4. After cutting, remove the edges by dissolving with chromic acid to obtain a smooth surface.
