What Is A Battery Connector
Jun 05, 2024
A battery connector is a device used for transmitting current, and it is generally rectangular, trapezoidal, triangular, and stage shaped. It can be used as a device for transmitting current, and its function is to prevent parts that should not be soldered from being connected by soldering. Reflow soldering is achieved through a solder mask layer. The entire surface of the board is coated with hot tin water, and the exposed circuit board without a solder mask layer is soldered with tin, while the part with a solder mask layer will not be soldered.
Battery connectors are widely used in industries such as 18650 lithium batteries, 18650 battery packs, nickel hydrogen nickel cadmium batteries, lithium-ion batteries, mobile phone batteries, laptop batteries, mobile power batteries, button batteries, power battery packs, and electric vehicle batteries.
