Type Of Battery Box
Jun 13, 2024
The types of battery boxes are mainly distinguished based on the specifications, quantity, and placement of the batteries. Generally, there are three categories: vertical, horizontal, and manually operated, and the number of stored batteries also varies.
(1) Vertical: The batteries inside the battery box are placed vertically and can be arranged in parallel or in series vertically. The characteristic of a vertical battery box is that it occupies less area of the product bottom plate and is suitable for products with smaller bottom areas.
(2) Horizontal: The batteries in the battery box are placed horizontally, and they can also be placed horizontally in parallel or in series. The characteristic of a horizontal battery box is that it occupies a large area of the bottom plate, but has a lower center of gravity, making it suitable for larger products.
(3) Hand operated: The hand operated battery box and the toy itself are separated into two parts, and the power supply is connected to the battery box and the product through longer wires, which is mostly used for toy products. The switch is located above the battery box and generally controls the conductivity and polarity changes of the power supply, allowing children to hold the battery box and control the product to stop, start, move forward, and reverse at any time.
