1. Battery box shell:

It is the outermost protective component of the battery box, with a variety of shell materials, commonly made of metal (such as aluminum alloy, steel) and high-strength plastic, providing comprehensive protection for the components inside the battery box.

2. Box frame:

To provide stable structural support for the entire battery box, the design should fully consider the weight of the battery pack when fully loaded, ensuring the stability of the battery box during transportation and use, and preventing deformation or damage from affecting the installation and use of subsequent battery modules.

3. Connectors and wiring terminals:

Used to connect battery modules with external circuits, ensuring the transmission and distribution of electrical energy. The installation position of the connector is determined in advance to ensure that it matches the connection interface of the battery module and other devices, ensuring accurate and stable transmission of electrical energy and signals.

4. Other attachments:

For example, ventilation devices can ensure the circulation of air inside and outside the battery box, and safety devices include fuses, circuit breakers, etc., which are used to cut off the circuit in case of abnormal situations.
