The Connection Steps Of Battery Connectors

1. Insert the battery connection piece into the electrical terminal: The interface shape of different connection pieces is different, and the appropriate connection method needs to be selected according to the shape of the connection piece and the battery interface. Press upwards until it is fully inserted.

2. Insert the battery connector into the wire: Separate the end of the wire from both sides by a certain length. After the copper wire turns red, use tweezers or pliers to bend and insert the copper wire into the lead of the connector, and clamp it tightly.

3. Fixed wire: Wrap insulation tape diagonally around the copper writing area, about two to three times, to form a whole between the copper wire and the connecting piece, in order to prevent it from falling off during long-term use.

Note: Attention should be paid to the following situations:

If the taste of the battery connector is too tight, a professional tool oil pliers can be used to remove it.

Before inserting the battery connection port into the wire, applying a small amount of lubricating oil on the connection port can make the connection easier.

If the battery connection port and wire connection are unsuccessful, it is necessary to check the quality of the battery connection port and wire, and use a mortise and tenon or polishing tool to remove the oxide on them, so that the connection can be powered on normally.
