Production Process Of Battery Connectors

Silicon rod growth: Using Czochralski or Float zone melting technology to produce crystalline silicon rods;
Silicon wafer preparation: Cut the silicon rod into thin slices with a thickness of about 200-300um;
PN junction formation: depositing doping substances on the surface of silicon wafers to form PN junctions;
Metal electrode deposition: depositing conductive metal electrodes on both sides of the PN junction;
Testing and packaging: Test the solar cells and then package them into solar panels using bonding or welding techniques.
