The precautions for installing the battery box are as follows:

Preparation before installation

1. Check battery information: Check if the battery model, quantity, and connecting wires match the model used; Check if the battery is damaged or leaking, and replace it immediately if there is any shell rupture or leakage; Clean the surface of the battery.

2. Choose the appropriate battery: Carefully review the device manual or label to confirm the model and specifications of the selected battery; Batteries from different manufacturers, capacities, and performances cannot be installed together for use. New and old batteries cannot be mixed, and the mixing of batteries from different batches should be limited to one month.

3. Tool and personnel preparation: Metal tools such as torque wrenches and wrenches used should be insulated with sleeves or electrical tape except for the contact bolts; Installation and operation should be carried out by the manufacturer or authorized professional technicians. Operators should wear protective shoes and insulated gloves.

During the installation process

1. Correct connection and polarity: Pay attention to the correct polarity when connecting, tighten the bolts to ensure good contact, but do not apply too much force to avoid damaging the terminals and causing leakage; Connect the negative cable of the battery first, and then connect the positive cable of the battery;

2. Avoid short circuits and sparking: prevent metal objects from touching the battery contact points, prohibit the use of metal to simultaneously contact two or more terminals of the battery, and keep the battery away from equipment that can generate sparks during installation.

3. Installation position and method: The battery should be placed upright as low as possible to avoid inversion; During installation, it is necessary to prevent vibration, pressure, and ensure a secure installation; When installing on the device, keep the battery away from the heat source.

Check after installation

1. Check the connection and voltage: Before installing the end connectors and conducting the battery, check the total voltage of the battery system and the connection of the positive and negative electrodes to ensure correct installation; After installation, check if the equipment is functioning properly.

2. Test battery performance: Turn on the device to see if it can start normally. If there is no response, check if the battery connection is secure and if the polarity is correct; After the device starts up normally, observe for a period of time to ensure its stable operation.
