(1) Paste sealing strips on the upper edge, left side, and right side of the front end face of the outer box. The insulation level between the electromagnetic lock and the box should meet the requirements of Level 2 insulation. The smoke alarm is installed at the corresponding position on the left side of the outer box, and the wiring is led out from the hole on the side of the box to the outside of the box. The base of the smoke alarm is firmly connected to the side wall of the box to ensure the sealing of the box. After the large filter is installed in place, the filter is securely fastened and fits well with the outer box. All external wiring parts of the poles are protected by protective sleeves, which have insulation and prevent dust and mud pollution. The rear end face of the assembled battery box outer casing should be labeled with six pole definitions. The poles of the battery box are insulated with protective sleeves to ensure safety.
(2) After the installation of the battery box outer body is completed, the outer body is firmly and reliably fixed to the frame, the inside and outside are clean, all accessories are complete, the installation is intact, and the overall seal is intact.
(3) The outer casing of the battery box also needs to be regularly cleaned, that is, when the vehicle is driven for 1000 kilometers, the inside of the battery box and the large filter screen should be cleaned.
(4) During operation, a simple visual inspection of the high-voltage pole plug is required for each replacement to check for surface wear and erosion.
