➸Design: Design appropriate patterns, text, and logos based on customer needs and product characteristics. Professional design software can be used for design.

➸Plate making: Produce the designed pattern into a film or screen plate for subsequent printing or etching.

➸Surface treatment: Cleaning, degreasing, polishing and other treatments are carried out on metal sheets.

➸Printing mask: The pattern on a film or screen is transferred to a metal surface through printing to form a mask. The commonly used printing methods include screen printing, offset printing, etc.

➸Etching: Place the metal plate with printed mask into an etching machine, inject etching solution, and cause the exposed metal surface to undergo chemical reaction with the etching solution, forming concave patterns or text.

➸Peel off: After etching is completed, remove the metal plate from the etching machine and use a peel off agent to remove the mask on the surface, so that the pattern and text are clearly visible.

➸Post treatment: Clean, neutralize, passivate, spray paint, and electroplate the etched metal nameplate labels to improve their corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and aesthetics.
