1. Confirm the requirements

2. Design & Quotation
Manufacturers assess requirements and design prototypes. The customer signs the contract after confirming the plan, and in some cases requires a 40% deposit in advance.
3. Production and quality control
Select materials, such as stainless steel or aluminum alloy, for fine machining, including stamping, laser cutting, bending, etc., and then assemble and debug, check the size and assembly accuracy. Through multi-link quality inspection, such as IQC full inspection and surface treatment acceptance.
4. Delivery and after-sales
The products are packaged and shipped to ensure that they meet export standards or special requirements of customers. Arrange delivery after the balance is settled.
